Pat has been part of the Charismatic Renewal since 1972 when she attended her first prayer meeting at St. Columba in Hopewell Junction, NY.  Beginning in the early 1980’s, she has been in service and leadership with Women’s Aglow, St. Martin de Porres Prayer Group, Tres Dias, Our Lady of Hope (Balmville, NY), St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish (LaGrangeville, NY) Spirit Wind Prayer Group and Eucharistic Ministry, and the Archdiocese of New York Catholic Charismatic Service Team.

 

Pat is also a clinical social worker with a full-time psychotherapy practice in Fishkill, NY. She is married to Joe Mackey, and they have nine children, eighteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

 

When asked what draws her to service, Pat says, ”I love being close up when God works!”
