KEEP THE APPOINTMENT You did not choose me, I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce fruit that will last, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for using my name. Appointments, either the ones we give to others or the ones others have given to us are very important to us. We try all our best to keep our appointments. We do not love to be kept late for appointments. Failure to keep appointments can lead to strain in human relationships.
There is an appointment to your life coming directly from God. God has appointed you for a purpose. You are not here by mistake, chance or accident. You were created by God. You have been chosen by him. In some African Spiritualities, it is believed that before you came into this world you knelt before the creator and he gave you your purpose, assignment and destiny. It is vital that you keep this appointment. Your destiny beyond this present life depends on your keeping this appointment. Failure in this appointment is the ultimate failure. Failure in this appointment is failure everywhere. Failure in this appointment makes every other success in life meaningless. Failure in this appointment is the final failure. There is a gift, a talent, ability, potential, and goodness that God has placed in your life. Make a difference wherever you are. Celebrate your life. Refuse to bury your gifts. Open up your gifts to bless the world. Touch the world .The world will miss you when you are gone. In Matthew 25:14ff, three servants which each given talents to go and be profitable. One of the servants buried his/her gifts. The servant failed to keep the appointment. In 1st Peter 4: 10-11, the apostle writes that God has given each of us a gift and we must use it wisely to build up the community. You are here on earth on a mission. The best is yet to come in your life. POTENTIALITY ACTION KEY: Every appointment you keep makes you more trustworthy. TAKE MY WORD TO THE WORLD.
